We are a group of small animal practices based around North Yorkshire, in Bedale, Northallerton and Masham. We are passionate about animal care and our skilled team of veterinarians and vet nurses are dedicated to providing the highest quality care for your animals. Because we love animals and strive to provide excellent continuity of care, we are open six days a week and have access to 24-hour emergency care.
Richard grew up in Shropshire before qualifying from the University of Liverpool in 2008. Since then he has worked in small animal practice in Lincolnshire and Teesside where he obtained a certificate in advanced veterinary practice (CertAVP). At home, Richard has a Spaniel called Nip, a Labrador called Ember and a delinquent Terrier called Ozzy. In his spare time Richard likes cycling, beer and gin but not at the same time.
Henk Lubbinge BVS MRCVS
Henk qualified from University of Pretoria in South Africa at the end of 2016 and has been working at our practice since January 2018. He has a particular interest in surgical cases. Henk enjoys fly fishing. and spending time at home with this wife and his cat, Sage.
Robyn Senior BVetMed MRCVS
Robyn graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in 2018 and joined Forrest House Shortly after. Before her Veterinary degree she studied at Hartpury agricultural college and gained a degree in Bioveterinary Science. She is interested in all aspects of sheep work, small animal medicine and exotics.
In her spare time she likes spending time with her animals and sewing.
